learn.microsoft.com OpenJDK LTS documentation is unclear about the support policy for older quarterly releases of LTS versions #660

Description

Describe the bug
On this page, OpenJDK 17.0.16 is listed as an LTS release while the older releases page lists previous 17.0.X versions listed as LTS releases. This leads to confusion about whether the LTS support policy applies to the older quarterly releases (e.g. whether older quarterly receive security patches) or whether LTS is meant to apply only to the major version (11/17/21).

Assuming each quarterly security and stability release build is based on the previous one and only the latest one will receive patches, the documentation should be updated to clarify this fact and the LTS label should be removed from the original quarterly releases - especially the older ones.
