Add gutter, solid underline for errors

Generally it would be the right thing to extend SublimeLinter 3 (http://www.sublimelinter.com/en/latest/index.html) instead of recreating the SublimeLinter behaviour to get all the nice defaults user expect from Sublime Linting (like disabling #561) or error navigation(http://www.sublimelinter.com/en/latest/navigating.html #608) |

Any update to get erros gutters and output log? |

When this changes will be available? Thats is now the only reason why I've move to VSCode, I wish to come back code in Sublime. |
