This app was the demo presented in the Dreamforce '14 session - "Building Salesforce1 apps with Angular and Node"

To run this you'll need to:

0. Rename config.sample.js to config.js and set the appropriate values for your environment
1. $ npm install
2. $ [USE_SSL=true] node server.js
