Overall Process:

Strawman Process

  1. Extract data from HXL stack for requested Admin 0 dataset (script)
  2. Pre-configure PostGIS for required dataset (script*)
  3. Manually configure Geoserver to point to pre-configured PostGIS instance
  4. Load GML data to Geoserver using WFS interface (script)
