This adds support for retrieving the instance ID from ignition metadata, as used by CoreOS and Flatcar Linux

This adds support for retrieving the instance ID from ignition metadata, as used by CoreOS and Flatcar Linux.
This saves us 1 API call to CloudStack, for every node daemonset starting up.
