Change `./artisan` to `artisan` as it's often not executable

Hi, just sharing this in case it helps someone using Laragon.
Environment: Windows 11, Laragon (PHP 8.3), Laravel 12, Cursor with Laravel Boost MCP.
I had the issue where MCP showed "Install Successful" but tools were not loading ("No tools or prompts").
The fix was setting the full path in the mcp.json file:

@ashleyhindle In case others ran into this while using sail, I had to change the command from php to sail, but also ./artisan to just artisan.

Seeing the same problem here. Not using Sail or Laragon - just a local install.
Cursor shows "Loading tools..." then "No tools or prompts found"
