Support for Linux aarch64 (ARM) with Pixi

We have not discussed about this possibility, but I think it would be relevant to add an additionnal platform to be tested with our Pixi workflow for Linux aarch64, using the relatively new ubuntu-24.04-arm GH runners. Especially as I think we have the use case of using ViSP on such embedded hardware.
Let me know your thoughts about that.
