Examples broken

Hey Kyle, Harley from Pachama! Seems like our time together was too early and we're only just looping around to COG integration now (we had a huge piece of work getting our datasets COG ready).

I'm just starting to look at how we can use this awesome package and I noticed the examples were broken. It seems there's a CORS issue (or possibly missing data issue) that has broken them:
