Inviting leads@kubernetes.io to meetings doesn't work as expected

Certain meetings intended for SIG leads are sent to the leads list. Because leads@ is a list of lists, those meeting invites do not flow through to the calendars of the individuals. There are a few possibilities for resolving this difficulty, none of which seem perfect.

Opening an issue to make sure we have it written down someplace, and ensure there is a public place to keep notes about what works and what doesn't.
