Image requests fail in dev mode

While in dev mode, image requests in the browser time out with net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. In the server console we get:

[Bun.serve]: request timed out after 10 seconds. Pass `idleTimeout` to configure.

Tested using the current example project with Bun v1.2.9. Also tested previous bun versions and it looks like the last working version was Bun v1.2.5.

Ohh that's strange

Looks like Bun rewrote something and it regressed

Maybe you can open an issue in Bun repo and link here?

Created a post in the Bun discord trying to get some clarification, I believe this is due to a "readable" event not firing in the connect-to-web implementation, causing timeouts. https://discord.com/channels/876711213126520882/1362512829990834216. Will update with the result.

As a workaround u can use bun@1.2.5

sorry i had cache enabled in my browser. its now not working.
try run bunx --bun vite this might not get error in dev

Appropriate fix applied on PR #21. This solution works with the latest Bun and Elysia as well.

referenced PR is released as new version but it didnt fix this issue for me
