Added the ASF ecosystem to the jspm registry #7
Description
JSPM is a really nifty SystemJS-based package manager that integrates ES6-modules and stuff like that, basically centralizing dependencies into package.json, so one doesn't have to redo the dependency definitions everywhere. It seems like a Bower replacement.
I made a pull request for adding the Textalk components and my library, I hope I have done it correctly.
