Added some textual changes to readme to improve readability

I slightly changed the readme to improve readability.

I tested it by reading it twice and it seemed good now.

Add some examples to how to retrieve the webhook payload info in jobs using this plugin. So that it can be used in jobs to retrieve the required details from payload.
