Screen stays at "Loading"

In Windows 10 I run "node dev.js", I open the chrome at localhost:3000 and the screen stays at "Loading", doesn't proceed to the main page, what can be wrong?

Same on mint, with kernel 4.4, node 4.2.3, meteor 1.2.1. I obtain same issue using docker.

edit : Works "Well" on node 4.2.4.

Is there any error output in the browser console? Can you post the output of running dev.js as well?
