Unable to customize toolbar icons

Problem description

Toolbar always reverts to the default look however I customize it. Is there a save button, for example, to preserve the settings? Thanks!

How to reproduce

Open any CSV file with Table Tool. Go to menu bar. Click View > Customize Toolbar.... Drag off all items except for Convert.... Go to drop down menu Show and select Icon only. Click Done. The toolbar now looks as expected.

Now close the CSV file, and reopen it. The toolbar reverts to the default look.
