Is it possible to use array []int64 or []pgtype.Int8 as parameter?

Is it possible to use array []int64 or []pgtype.Int8 as parameter?
For example:
...WHERE id IN ($1);
while $1 is []pgtype.Int8 I got error:
failed to encode args[0]: unable to encode []pgtype.Int8{pgtype.Int8{Int64:5790, Valid:true}, pgtype.Int8{Int64:5791, Valid:true}} into binary format for int8 (OID 20): cannot find encode plan

Actually I think I understood where was my problem. I should use ANY ($1) instead of IN ($1)
