This updates the j-ogg-vorbis library (that I maintain) from v1.0.4 to v1.0.6.
The only functional change was to add a service provider configuration file for
VorbisAudioFileReader.As far as I can tell, JME doesn't use
VorbisAudioFileReader, so this update shouldn't affect JME.However, I will test before declaring this PR ready for integration.
