  • Prepare data and configuration for running MESSAGEix-Transport on MESSAGEix-AT.
    • Duplicate and reduce R12 transport input data.
    • Rename the node from R12_WEU → ??? in input data.
    • Add node codelist AT.
  • Code changes.

Add data/transport/AT input data directory
9d0c0dd 
- Duplicate data/transport/R12.
- Delete entries other than R12_WEU.
- Rename "R12_WEU" to "Austria" to align with MESSAGEix-AT.
