This PR brings the following:

  • it removes the generic platform
  • FSC nodes can have their own independent identities
  • The integration test infrastructure has been update
  • Integration tests have been modified to keep in mind the difference between a Fabric identity and an FSC identity

It remains to update the integration infrastructure and the endpoint service
to allow fabric to bind additional identities to resolvers

- fsc node's identities and fabric identities can be different
- if different, one has to be carefull in choosing the right identity at the right time.
- binding and endpoint services have been updated
- integration tests have been updated to reflect the distinction between fsc and fabric identities
