Web search feature fails again

Bug description

When we tried to ask a normal question like finding information (as show in the screenshot), the web search feature somehow failed miserably....... every time. Ever since qwen3 was released, we don't know exactly what bug caused the issue. Please fix it ASAP.

Steps to reproduce

It is highly required to identify the bug that caused the web search feature to fail. Squashing the bug can prevent this issue altogether, since we already filed a similar problem once. ( #1750 )
