I made the background actual code rather than a gif. I fixed majority of the problems under the Landing Page extra features issue.
Made it so the buttons hover if you put your cursor over it.

Looks really great! Just a couple minor things:
Mobile compatibility isn't there still, I'd definitely prioritize that. Just having the main 90's box (no navigation bit) scaled correctly should be fine.
Also for your next few commits I'd recommend abandoning this branch and working in a new branch cloned from main since it looks like you're a little bit behind, which overall is fine but could be annoying at times
