feat: Migrates the Place AC data simple sample.

This PR does the following things:

• Migrates the place-autocomplete-data-simple sample to js-api-samples.
• Adds the graphic asset file to the project (no more dependencies on data buckets).
• Removes a ts-ignore that's no longer needed.
• Removes an unused export statement from the TS file.

This is the last of the Place v2 Autocomplete samples to be migrated. It's pretty sparse (and no map) so few changes were required.
