  • deprecates issues.exclude-generated-strict
  • adds issues.exclude-generated
usage example 
issues:
  exclude-generated: disable
  exclude-dirs:
    - other/generated/path/
  exclude-files:
    - other/generated/file.go

Fixes #2864
