Cannot auth on WSL (previously fixed issue)

This is the same as #23 which was resolved but it has recently been reintroduced.
When using WSL on Windows, the authentication process times out.

Are you sure it was ever resolved? Can you identify a version of the language server where it's working?

I wasn't ever able to reproduce the problem, so don't read too much into #23 (comment). All I did was tighten up the error handling/logging a bit.

Upon testing the previous versions it started working again, I wonder if it is server-side since it was failing just this morning with 1.362 and it now works.
This is probably the same thing that happened last time.
I'll ask other users of the plugin to see if it is working at this time as well.
