Thanks for the patch. I could not found the definition of SUPPORT_ESP32S3_MCPWM_PCNT, so I have added the definition in common.h. In addition I have added a github action to ensure, that the port can be built. |

This changes allow support for ESP32 S3 using MCPWM/PCNT.
I believe it can support up to 4 motors, but only tested with 2 motors simultaneously.
