Expected Behavior
To let server output the unicode properly.
Current Behavior
server cannot output all characters correctly. Some characters like 霓 appear as <?>.
This bug only exists in server.
main -i works fine.
Environment and Context
OS : Windows 10
CUDA: 12.2 (I use the release: llama-b1505-bin-win-cublas-cu12.2.0-x64)
Python: 3.11.5
