Summary
For the next major version of Drupal VM, I'd like to support Ubuntu 18.04, CentOS 8, and Debian 10 (eventually I'll bump Ubuntu to 20.04, but for now, 'current stable' would allow all these platforms to support MariaDB versions that are compatible with Drupal 9 and later.
