Describe the feature you would like

Considering we now have updated alloy-chains to consistently refer to Etherscan V2 API endpoints we should fully deprecate Etherscan V1 support in https://github.com/foundry-rs/block-explorers and in all other parts of Foundry

Additional context

We need to evaluate the impact on other block verification APIs that possibly still rely on the Etherscan V1 API spec
