[Quickstart] UIBackgroundModes "processing" is not present in Apple doc

Thanks a lot for sharing this great work 💌

In Quickstart "iOS Option B & C" it talks about "UIBackgroundModes=processing", but "processing" is not present in UIBackgroundModes Apple documentation.
