Specifying fluent-operator version in helm valeus #1679

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
prior to chart 3.3.0, fluent-operator image tag is specified version which is same appversion in chart.yaml.
but chart 3.3.0 onwards, image tag is specified to latest or none.
In the future too, will image tag is not specified version?

fluent-operator image tag should be specified version which is same appversion in chart.yaml.
