[Reopen] [firebase_auth_web] Loading use from session storage causes FirebaseAuthWeb.useAuthEmulator() to fail

Description

The issue already exists - it just needs to be reopened. exactly same thing is reproduced today: #11233
using latest version: 6.0.1

Reproducing the issue

As I wrote above - look at the related issue. Or better yet - close this, and reopen the other one.

Hi @matanshukry, I'm unable to reproduce this issue. I followed the steps in the linked issue. Is there something I'm missing? Kindly provide a minimal repository I can clone to replicate this on my end. Also, include clear steps on how to reproduce this.
