Instead of removing the Help link altogether, this commit re-adds it as an external link to React's existing support documentation

This PR removes two sample pages that come by default with Docusaurus - the "Who uses this" page (users.js) and the "Help" page (help.js).
These features - although nice - are not present in today's solution, and since this effort's MVP is to just port existing content, I'm removing them for now.
