When building example programs, make sure kernels are built for _all_ relevant architectures

At the moment, our CMakeLists.txt's for the example programs don't make sure that kernels are built for all microarchitectures of GPUs on the system - only, at best, for a single one. We need to make sure we have kernels for all devices.
