     • synthetic-tx vs fork placing the code. not a devnet blocker, but reaching further consensus would be valuable on the CL call. Attempting a harder deadline by ACDE on following week

   • when/how to release fork-choice filtering change Include FC filtering change #3431 into Deneb consensus-specs#3466
     • decision today if possible
   • clarifying aggregation behaviour Include timely attestations and aggregates consensus-specs#3472

We'd like to give a heads-up that this FC proposer boost fix PR (ethereum/consensus-specs#3352) is going to be in "last call" status.

  • decided to use smart contract approach
  • need more input from EL team on how to deploy the contract whether it's regular tx or with the fork

  • rough consensus to go with not require activation epoch
  • will bundle this with deneb release
  • blocked by deneb fork epoch, once we have that, we can merge the PR

  • will leave the PR open for a week for further feedback

• FC proposer boost equivocation fix to "last call"

  • no objection, will merge this PR by end of the week

• Testnet update

  • 2M testnet experiment has concluded. Client nodes had trouble with participation and finalization. While looking at these in the background, 1.4 testnet was also launched. So far it looks healthy, 80-90% proposal rate, and 80-83% attestation rate. If client teams or anyone want to follow the progress and gain instrumentation access, please join the Ethereum R&D Discord interop channel
