Refs #80

This deals with a couple of apparent issues on the HTTP/2 implementation.

  • acknowledge handled data to the connection, so that it doesn't get blocked.
  • handle StreamReset.

www.google.com is still responding with a 400 protocol error after these changes, but it's an improvement.
