Cortex-M33 Gnu tx_initialize_low_level.S not example

When using Cortex-M33 Gnu the tx_initialize_low_level.S is hard coded into CMake and not like in the others in an example folder.

Please also mention any information which could help others to understand
the problem you're facing:

• Cortex-M33
• Master Branch
• GNU and VSCode
• I adjusted the Repo on my local machine which is not an option.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. There should not be an issue reproducing since its a error thats not runtime.

Expected behavior
I would suggest to add an example folder to this Cortex-M33 and GNU similar to the others.
