Flatpak shim for aarch64

Would it be possible to build flatpak shim for aarch64 and publish the binaries? Now that Eclipse exists for aarch64 and Eclipse-based products can be created for this architecture, I would imagine that a flatpak shim for aarch64 would be required to properly support Flatpak.

Tbh, I haven't paid much attention to this and have no idea how important this is anymore. It will need for sure releng improvements to split natives from java binaries build. Unfortanetely, I don't have time for anything but GTK4 Full Support now so can't dedicate time for it. I'm open to review PRs though.
