Pull Request Overview
This PR limits the paths that trigger the components-e2e-tests pipeline to only relevant source directories, improving build efficiency by preventing unnecessary test runs when unrelated files are modified.

includesection to specify which source directories should trigger the pipeline - Removes some excluded paths that are now implicitly excluded by the include list
- Retains exclusion for markdown files across all paths
