Fixes:
The "WasmAppBuilder" task failed unexpectedly.
System.ArgumentException: File MainJS='$RUNTIMESRCDIR$\src\mono\wasm\runtime-test.js' doesn't exist.

I couldn't push to the branch for this PR: #1759 so I created this one to keep working on it.
