not sure why it tried to remove the file, can you give more description of what have you done and what logs did you get? (windows urgh)

this happened because you the dll was running when you ran the build command, either close nvim then build manually, or lazy load fff.nvim(the default config already does this by loading it when you press the keymap) so it doesn't run straight away and then you'll be able to update it from :Lazy
