Workshop should be archived

Following @aculich suggestion, this workshop is being marked for an archive.

The reasons are two fold:

1. The workshop materials have been absorbed into R-Data-Wrangling.
2. Active development related to "basic" vs "advanced" should move entirely to that workshop.
