Update build setup for new uv version

✏️ Description

New uv version modified how build is managed making it easier to use uv as default builder.

The idea is to modify the pyproject.toml template to use this new version

For now, the uv build system only allows to use uv build command directly if the project has a src layout. Package name or source layout is not allowed.

This feature should contain the following changes:

• First ask the user if wants to create the project as a library to be distributed
• Then ask for the build system between: setuptools, uv or hatchlink that are the most popular
• If uv is selected ensure that source_name is src
