What are you changing in this pull request and why?

I think we should swap out the word develop for deploy as we don't mean develop in the literal sense here. This confusion came up in an internal thread about setting a customer up to do development on a monolith project using both platform IDE/studio and some dbt Core developers and thinking this was the use case for hybrid projects.
