The copy icon jumps to another line

The copy icon jumps to another line when hovering over the package name. I only observed this behavior in Safari, Chrome does not have this problem

• Can you give us details about the Safari version and whether extensions/plugins are being used?
• Is this a new behavior or did you experience this for a long time now?

Note: the investigation of this issue has raised awareness of hovering inconsistences (#8886). The most likely cause seems to be a bug in the transition property handling in Safari, in addition to the overlapping transition rules the icon in the listing view has, but we haven't identified a specific root cause yet.
