support detecting applicable extensions for non-classes #2107
Description
It is possible to extend literally any type (and therefore, potentially, Method, ModelFunction, and Typedef), among others. But we currently do not document applicable extensions on those types. Add support for any documentable entity that could be extended to display 'Applicable Extensions'.
