Address #6046: add model of new TIAGo OMNI Base.

TODO:

  • add robot model
  • add sample world
  • add icon (update icon and scene once the new simplified Base STL file is available)
  • rename existing TiagoBase PROTO to TiagoPmb2Base
  • update TIAGo PROTO files to add option to choose base
  • update User Guide documenation
  • update webots_cloud documenation
  • simplify STL mesh: base.stl
  • use Pose node instead of Transform node

Status: waiting for updated base mesh from PAL robotics

It's been 1 year, and nothing more happens. I should be able to remesh it to lower it size. Would you be interested @omichel
