Add DAP endpoints to the Spec file

We should have some way to represent the DAP endpoints not included in Conjur in the spec file and generate a client for DAP.

Describe the solution you would like

We can use "transforms" and annotate the DAP endpoints in order to use only one spec to generate both clients.
