Failing to install recipe PLEASE help :(

You have no idea how much i appreciate your shared this recipe, and how badly i need it to work YESTERDAY. any help at all will be insanely appreciated.

i've tried cloning the repo into a new one under a cookbooks folder, with or without the dependencies, i tried using this repo url. i think i tried everything. whatever i'm doing i'm getting :
