This PR updates the core project to use Python 3.6 as the interpreter (given that Python 2 has now been sunset). Any version of Python 3.6 or better should work with the source files. Python 2 specific language has been removed, and replaced with Python 3 specific language. README has been updated with new instructions on how to run the emulator with Python 3.
