To keep the API consistent with all of the case rules the `body-case` rule now accepts an array of cases like all of the other case types Ref: conventional-changelog#2631

Implement the
body-caserule to accept an array of cases basically the same as thesubject-caseThis is to go along with #2670 that adds the type for this, but is not currently implemented.
