Replace Hardcoded Definitions with Definition-Reader

Currently all definitions are hardcoded.

Replace them with the latest published definitions using:

@raphael-goetz the old data is already removed in #235. But there are some bugs with the definition generation. Some types are not represented as Sagittarius Types.
